For this Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar project, Maison White 5×5 Glossy was featured throughout the restaurant surrounds, while Maison Green Glossy was used to accent the countertop surround. A Toronto staple for modern, plant-based dining since 1999, Fresh embraces spaces that feel both welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The Maison collection offers an elevated take on the classic square tile, featuring rich variation, subtle texture, and a luminous artisan finish. The combination of white and green introduces a playful use of colour while adding depth, warmth, and personality to the space, creating an environment that feels fresh, vibrant, and full of character.
