Michael Romero has served as Deco Tile’s Operations Manager since February 2025, helping keep the company’s two warehouses organized and operating smoothly. His work supports the teams responsible for moving projects forward by making products and inventory easier to locate, access, and coordinate. He takes pride in creating organized systems that help staff respond efficiently and provide dependable service.
The role has also given Michael broad familiarity with Deco Tile’s tile products and inventory. He brings a practical, hands-on mindset to daily operations, with a strong focus on organization, teamwork, and customer service.
