For the Coffee Oyster Champagne project in Toronto, our Metro Penny Rounds in black and white were installed in a custom mosaic pattern, creating a timeless foundation for the space. Known for its effortless luxury, oysters on ice, and an extensive sparkling wine selection, the venue called for a design that felt both refined and enduring. The classic black-and-white penny round mosaic brings a sleek, elegant character to the interior, while its custom layout adds a unique touch. Paired with the restaurant’s existing gold and blush-toned accents, the monochromatic mosaic provides balance and contrast, allowing the warm hues to shine while maintaining a polished, cohesive aesthetic.
