Herringbone
Material: Atlas & Clay
Herringbone brings old-world Mediterranean character to a timeless 1×4″ mosaic format. Crafted from tumbled French and Moroccan limestone, the slender pieces are arranged in a classic herringbone pattern, creating subtle movement and texture across the surface. The Argent tone offers a soft, natural palette, while the tumbled finish and inherent variations in colour, veining and texture give the mosaic an authentic, weathered appeal. A refined choice for adding warmth, dimension and timeless character to both traditional and contemporary spaces.

Installation Notes
Read these notes BEFORE installation
- Tiles must be pulled from all boxes and blended before installation and approved by the client to ensure best result.
- If installing tiles without grout joints or with 1/16” joints, tiles must be grouted with non-sanded grout to fill any gaps, lippage or small joints that will result from the handmade process. For joints larger than 1/16” sanded grout should be used.
- Grout joints should be sealed after installation.
- Unglazed Terracotta Tiles or any exposed terracotta in glazed tiles should be sealed before grouting.
- For mosaics with concrete backing, apply a thicker coat of thin set to adjust height of each mosaic sheet to decrease lippage. Install mosaics offset and set without a joint, as tight as possible to reduce the appearance of joints between sheets.
- Lime pops in the surface of tile should be filled with grout during the grouting process.
- Tile should not be installed in pools, spas or any surface that is continually exposed to water.
- Tile should not be installed in exterior areas that experience freeze thaw conditions.
